The Short Version
Q&A Country is run by the Langley family in Connecticut. We collect only what we need to send you what you ask for, answer your questions, and run our programs. We never sell your personal information.
What We Collect
- Email signups. Your email address when you join our Family Field Notes, the OG13 Founders List, or another list on the site.
- Coaching requests. When you request a Juice Fast Coaching consultation, we collect your name, email, the program you’re interested in, and anything you choose to share about your goals.
- Purchases. If you buy from our store or classroom, we collect what’s needed to complete your order. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email or through a form.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics tools collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, often using cookies.
Health Information You Share
Some coaching clients tell us about their health, habits, or goals. We use that information only to coach you, keep it private, and never share it for marketing. Please don’t send us medical records. Juice Fast Coaching is wellness coaching, not medical care; see our Disclaimer.
How We Use It
- To send emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To respond to coaching requests, schedule calls, and provide coaching.
- To process and deliver orders.
- To improve the site and understand what our readers find helpful.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who Helps Us Run the Site
We use trusted third-party services, each with its own privacy policy, such as:
- Web hosting, which stores the site and keeps standard server logs.
- An email service, which stores subscriber addresses and sends our emails.
- A payment processor for any purchases.
- Analytics tools we may use to see how visitors find and use the site.
- Embedded content such as our podcast on Spotify, which behaves as if you visited that site directly.
- Affiliate partners such as Amazon, which may use cookies to track purchases you make after clicking our links. See our Disclaimer & Disclosures.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We and our partners use them for things like analytics and affiliate tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Children’s Privacy
We’re a family brand and much of our content is great for kids, but our sign-up forms, coaching, and store are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe from any email list at any time.
- Ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we’ll help.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Changes & Contact
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. Questions? Email us at Q&A Country.
